Privacy notice for Steadory testing
This notice explains how Steadory handles information during invitation-only mobile app testing and on this public website. It was last updated September 13, 2026.
What Steadory is
Steadory is family care administration software from Work Products, Inc. It helps people organize care paperwork, verify proposed next steps, coordinate responsibilities, and track administrative cases. It does not provide medical, legal, insurance, benefits, or emergency advice.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use Steadory, we may handle:
- your name, email address, account identifiers, and care-space membership;
- information you choose to add, including documents, photos, call notes, cases, tasks, reminders, and exports;
- information about another person when you confirm that you are permitted to upload and share it;
- subscription, purchase, and entitlement status from Apple or Google;
- device and push-notification identifiers used to deliver generic notifications; and
- limited product, diagnostic, security, and audit records that exclude document text, care details, email addresses, access tokens, and notification details.
This public website does not accept care documents or public early-access submissions.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and support the features you request.
- Authenticate accounts and enforce care-space permissions.
- Process sources and create proposals for a person to review.
- Deliver invitations, reminders, exports, and subscription access.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain privacy-safe audit records.
- Measure a small set of product milestones without recording care content.
Steadory does not use care information for advertising, sell personal information, or allow an extraction model to take actions, access tools, or contact another person.
Service providers
We use service providers only for specific operating purposes. Current testing uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, authentication, email, document processing, and model inference; Expo for mobile builds, updates, and push delivery; RevenueCat for subscription status; Apple and Google for app distribution and purchases; GitHub for source and delivery automation; and Google Workspace for operational email.
These providers may process account, device, transaction, technical, or user-supplied information needed for their part of the service. Steadory does not provide care content to advertising networks or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Active information is kept while it is needed to provide the testing service, maintain security, or meet a legal obligation. When an account deletion finishes, Steadory removes the account and applicable active data, stops processing, removes device registrations, and requests deletion from applicable service providers. Shared care-space information may remain when another authorized member owns or keeps that space.
Encrypted backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and age out under the configured recovery schedule. During the current test, DynamoDB recovery history is configured for 35 days. A minimal deletion receipt and privacy-safe audit record may be retained where needed to prove completion, prevent replay, protect the service, or meet legal duties.
You can start deletion inside the app or use our public account-deletion page if you cannot sign in.
Your choices
- Choose what you upload and remove supported sources or your account.
- Control reminder and push-notification settings.
- Review and correct proposals before they become accepted case information.
- Export supported case information before deleting an account.
- Ask us about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right.
Security and limits
Steadory uses encryption in transit and at rest, scoped authorization, short-lived access, private storage, review gates, and privacy-safe telemetry. No service can promise perfect security. If we learn of an incident, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
Steadory is designed for adults coordinating family care. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly offer child accounts during testing.
